STOP PRESS: NEW CLASSES AT PURE GYM, WIMBLEDON
BALLET FITNESS is a hybrid workout class, combining ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.
My classes, emulating the regime pioneered by Betina Datas, incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. They also focus on high reps of small range movements.
Ballet Fitness delivers a full body workout, but it's great for strengthening your core and toning your glutes and legs; it'll do wonders for your posture too.
And because Ballet Fitness is low impact, it's great if you’re recovering from an injury.
Classes can be held either in your home or at my home in Epsom.
